Collection of Desserts from my menu at Salt Bistro


Key Lime Pie Semifreddo. White chocolate shell, housemade graham cracker, cream cheese buttercream, blackberry mousse. 

Lemon Almond Olive Oil Cake. Meyer lemon anglaise, rosemary poached pear, honey ice cream. (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)


Carrot Spice Cake. Grilled pineapple, cinnamon chèvre chantilly, ginger candied walnuts, cream cheese buttercream, salted caramel. 

Spring Brunch Special: Greek Yogurt panna cotta, honey- thyme marinated strawberries, candied pistachios. 


Winter Citrus Tart. Lavender marinated citrus, coconut tapioca pudding, Date pecan crust, grapefruit sorbet, toasted coconut. (Vegan & Gluten Free) 



Milk Chocolate Cremeux. House made graham cracker crumble, toasted marshmallow, caramel popcorn. A version of my s'more for Denver Restaurant Week

Lemon Olive Oil Cake. Rosemary poached pear, & honey ice cream. Version of my olive oil cake for Denver Restaurant Week.

Coconut Tapioca Panna Cotta. Lavender winter citrus, yuzu-coconut sorbet. Vegan DRW option 
 
"Hazelnut S'more". Gianduja cremeux (chocolate hazelnut pudding), milk chocolate shell, caramel popcorn, house made graham cracker. 

Grasshopper Pie. Creme de mint mousse, house made oreo, darkchocolate  ganache, and vanilla bean creamcheese buttercream.

Banana Foster. Warm banana rum cake, cinnamon pastry cream, vanilla bean ice cream, butterscotch. 

Key Lime Tres Leches Cake. Blueberry lavender coulis, toasted macadamia nuts, coconut cream cheese buttercream, fresh blueberries.


Lemon Chèvre Cheesecake. Local Broken Shovel chèvre, pecan brown sugar crust, bourbon vanilla poached local nectarines, honey caramel, chantilly (gluten-free).

Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse, Chocolate Dacquoise, Coconut Sorbet, Candied Hazelnut for NYE 

"Affogato" Panna Cotta. Layered espresso and vanilla bean panna cotta, mascarpone mousse, house made oreo  cookie. 

Dark Chocolate Cheesecake. Onyx chocolate cookie crust, blackberry compote, cracked black pepper hard candy. Fall Wine Dinner Dessert Pairing.


Sweet Potato Pudding. Bourbon caramel, toasted marshmallow, candied sage.



Sticky Toffee Date Pudding. Bourbon vanilla poached pear, local Broken Shovel chèvre cheesecake, honey soaked date. 

New Tiny Treat daily. This is an almond southern red velvet, italian meringue buttercream, blackberry coulis. 


Warm Sugar & Spice Donuts. New flavors weekly. Baked fresh to order every Sat/Sun brunch.
