Anna & Joel's Wedding Bar

This here is an edible gum paste (sugar) bouquet of purple hydrangeas I made to match the brides bouquet.  I first tinted the white gum paste a light purple before shaping the flowers. After they hardened  I painted each of them a darker hue to create variation and look more realistic. All edible! (except for the pearl pins)

Cupcake Adventures

Here are the cupcakes I made for Grandpa Coble for his 95th Birthday. My mom suggested making filled cupcakes so I decided to go with two flavor combinations.
1. Vanilla Bean Cupcake w/ Lemon Curd & Lemony Buttercream
2.  Chocolate Cupcake w/ Dark Chocolate Ganache & Mocha Buttercream
